Unforeseen events may make it necessary to cancel or modify a trip. We will update you with any changes. We reserve the right to cancel departures in cases of force majeure or the failure of third parties—such as hotels—to honor their reservations, in which case all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. Parvilla Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs that are incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness. We strongly encourage Travel Insurance for complete coverage.

What if I have to cancel my trip?

We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your plans. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so and below you’ll find our timeline.

Parvilla Travel Cancellation Coverage makes it very simple to change your plans. Even in uncertain times, you can rely on us to provide flexibility so you can book your trip with confidence. Your payment is fully refundable or transferable up until 30 days before departure with our Trip Cancellation Coverage.  

Parvilla Travel Cancellation Coverage (PTCC) can be purchased for $200. It will allow you to cancel or transfer your reservation up to 30 days before your trip begins. 100% of your payment less the Cancellation Fee will be refunded within 60 days of your request to cancel. It must be purchased with the original application submission and payment and cannot be purchased at a later date. Without Trip Cancellation Coverage, there are no refunds or transfers for any reason.

Parvilla Travel cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters, or terrorism. Parvilla Travel also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Parvilla Travel is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs.

Refunds of payments received by Parvilla Travel will constitute the full and final settlement. This does not cover airfare, car rental, travel insurance, or personal expenses. Only what has been paid with the original application less the fee.

More Than 30 Days w/ PTCC Full refund or 100% future trip credit

30 - 15 Days w/ PTCC - No refund and 50% future trip credit

15 or Less w/ PTCC No refund and no future trip credit

No Parvilla Travel Cancellation Coverage - No refund or future trip credit

Future Trip Credit - If you choose a future trip credit with us, there is no expiration and you can redeem your credit on any trip destination, even if it is different from your original booking.

We recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance plan to help safeguard you and your travel investment against the unexpected.
